What happens to your email address.

Short version: it comes to me, I reply to you, and nothing else happens to it.

What is collected

Only the email address you type into a form on this site, plus a label recording which page you sent it from, and the date. Nothing else. There is no account, no tracking profile, and no analytics script following you between pages.

How it is handled

Forms are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards the message to an inbox at this domain, which in turn forwards to Gustavo Valente at Plan4flow. The site itself is served by Cloudflare. Both process the data on my behalf.

What it is used for

To send you the material you asked for, and to tell you once when the book publishes. Before any regular mailing begins, you will be asked to confirm, and every message will carry a one-click way to stop receiving them.

What is never done

Your address is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone for their own use. It is not used to build advertising audiences.

Your choices

Write to hello@theflowequationbook.com and ask to see what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion is immediate and needs no explanation.
